May 24 - Second Person Arrested In Connection With Assault Video

A second person has been arrested in connection with the ongoing investigation into a video posted on social media depicting an assault upon another person.

The male juvenile in question was arrested yesterday afternoon on suspicion of Encouraging or Assisting an Offence.

He remains on Police bail pending further enquiries.
