Jun 30 - Man Charged With Possession Of And Cultivation Of Cannabis Plant

A 33-year-old British national, Jeremy Milanta, of Scud Hill, has been charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Drug, namely cannabis resin weighing approximately 104.76 grams, and one count of cultivating a cannabis plant.

The charges relate to his arrest in April of this year, following the execution of a search warrant at his residence by Drugs Squad officers.

Milanta has been bailed out on his own recognisance, to appear before the Magistrates’ Court at 1000hrs on Friday 1st July 2016.
