    The Government says it notes, “with disappointment”, the European Parliament’s objection, today, to the entry into force of the European Commission’s decision to remove certain jurisdictions, including Gibraltar, from the EU’s list of ‘high-risk’ third-countries with strategic deficiencies as regards anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (“AML/CFT”).

Jul 22 - Three Individuals Arrested For Burglary In Upper Town Area

A 42-year-old Spanish man resident in Gibraltar and two local women aged 44 and 26, were arrested by Area Response Team officers on Wednesday evening, following a report of a residential Burglary in the area of the Upper Town.

All three were processed, interviewed and later bailed out to return to New Mole House at a later date, pending further enquiries.
