    The Government says it notes, “with disappointment”, the European Parliament’s objection, today, to the entry into force of the European Commission’s decision to remove certain jurisdictions, including Gibraltar, from the EU’s list of ‘high-risk’ third-countries with strategic deficiencies as regards anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (“AML/CFT”).

Andy Beckwith, who was reported missing, was located by the Royal Gibraltar Police yesterday evening.

A statement from the RGP said: "Royal Gibraltar Police detectives investigating the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of 55-year-old Andrew Keith Beckwith, who was last seen in Gibraltar on Monday 18th July 2016, were able to locate him yesterday evening and in good health."
