    The Government says it notes, “with disappointment”, the European Parliament’s objection, today, to the entry into force of the European Commission’s decision to remove certain jurisdictions, including Gibraltar, from the EU’s list of ‘high-risk’ third-countries with strategic deficiencies as regards anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (“AML/CFT”).

The Royal Gibraltar Police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of 40 year old British national Wayne Anthony TAPPER, who was last seen by a relative on Sunday 17th July 2016.

He is described as a 1.80m tall black male of athletic build, with brown eyes and black hair.

Anyone who may be in possession of information regarding Wayne’s whereabouts is requested to contact the RGP Duty Officer via New Mole House switchboard on Tel (+350) 20072500.
