Jan 16 - Two Men Charged With Trespassing And ABH

Two men appeared before the Magistrates’ Court today charged with trespassing and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Vladimir Germanovich Duyonov and Zakk Anthony Santos have both been charged with two separate charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm against two people, one charge of trespass with intent to commit damage within, and one charge of trespass with intent to commit grievous bodily harm following an incident in September last year.

Santos, who is being represented by Leigh Debono, pleaded not guilty to the charges, but pleaded guilty to a separate charge relating to the possession of 0.47g of cannabis resin.

The case has been adjourned to the 25th of January, to allow Duyonov time to get legal representation.

Both defendants have been bailed to the sum of £600 in their own recognizance.
