    The Government says it notes, “with disappointment”, the European Parliament’s objection, today, to the entry into force of the European Commission’s decision to remove certain jurisdictions, including Gibraltar, from the EU’s list of ‘high-risk’ third-countries with strategic deficiencies as regards anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (“AML/CFT”).

Nov 25 - Road Traffic Collision - Update

Officers investigating the road traffic collision which took place in the afternoon of Sunday the 23rd of November 2014 have now arrested a 24 year old male on suspicion of Dangerous Driving. He was later released on police bail. At the time of his arrest the man was no longer receiving hospital treatment.

The 23 year old male involved in the traffic accident continues to receive hospital treatment and is described as being in a stable but critical condition.
