Mar 18 - Man Charged For Child Porn And Recording Co-Workers In King’s Bowl Changing Rooms

In the early hours of Thursday 12th March, following an extensive investigation by officers of the RGP Safeguarding Unit, and in conjunction with Interpol USA, British National Colin Fisher, DOB 18/12/1985, employed as a Manager at the King’s Bowl, King’s Bastion Leisure Centre was arrested by RGP officers on suspicion of the following offences:

 Possession of Indecent Photographs of Children

 Distribution of Indecent Photographs of Children

 Taking & Publishing of Indecent Photographs of Children

 Voyeurism.

Following his arrest, Fisher was interviewed under caution in the presence of his legal counsel and was later bailed with strict bail conditions imposed, pending further enquires and forensic examination of storage devices which had been seized during the execution of a search warrant at his residence.

At 1700hrs yesterday, Fisher was recalled from his bail where he was arrested in relation to further offences and again interviewed under caution. He was later charged with the following offences;

 One count of being in possession of 48 indecent photographs of children

 Five counts of Voyeurism.

The Voyeurism charges relate to the covert recording of female co- workers within the changing rooms at King’s Bowl, Fisher’s place of work.

Fisher was kept in Police detention and appeared at the Magistrates’ Court this morning. He has been remanded in custody until 17th April where he is due to appear at the Supreme Court.

Fisher has pleaded guilty to all the charges. The investigation is still ongoing and the RGP have not ruled out preferring further charges as the investigation progresses.
