Mar 31 - Spanish National Extradited

At 1205hrs today Spanish National Borja POLVILLO MARTIN, D.O.B 25/08/1982, also known as Borja BOSSINO, was extradited to Spain in accordance with an Order issued by the Magistrates’ Court of Gibraltar. This followed the recent execution of a European Arrest Warrant issued by Spain with regards to this person.

POLVILLO MARTIN was handed over to members of the Cuerpo Nacional de Policia in Spain via the land frontier.
