Oct 24 - Ministry Of Culture Purchases Over 200 New Books For John Mackintosh Hall Library
Gibraltar Cultural Services on behalf of the Ministry of Culture is pleased to announce the purchase of some £2,000 worth of new books for the John Mackintosh Hall Library.
Over 200 books have been purchased based mostly on requests from members of the Library, as well as consulting bestseller lists.
Books written by many of the authors that have taken part in the Gibunco Gibraltar International Literary Festival were also purchased.
These new books consist of adult fiction, adult non-fiction, adult audiobooks, young adult fiction, children’s fiction and non-fiction.
