Dec 01 – Opposition Announces Shadow Portfolios
The GSD Opposition says it wishes to again express its sincere thanks to all those who took part in the General Election “particularly those working hard in the counting rooms, the Parliament team, the Royal Gibraltar Police for maintaining security and the media who did a sterling job of bringing up to date coverage throughout the night.”
The Shadow Cabinet held a meeting last night to formalise the respective shadow portfolios for each GSD Member of Parliament. The shadow ministerial portfolios are set out below.
Commenting on the allocation of portfolios an Opposition spokesperson said:
“We understand and respect the result of the General Election and the role that the people have chosen for us and we very much look forward to serving the community in and outside parliament as the elected representatives of our great community”
