Dec 01 - Chief Minister To Attend Joint Ministerial Council In London

The Chief Minister left Gibraltar this afternoon in order to attend the fourth meeting of the Overseas Territories Joint Ministerial Council (JMC) at Lancaster House in London.

The JMC will be hosted by the FCO Minister for the Overseas Territories, James Duddridge MP.

Before Mr Picardo’s return to Gibraltar on Thursday evening, he will hold meetings with the Minister of State for Europe, David Lidington.

While the Chief Minister is away from the Rock, Dr Joseph Garcia, will be the Acting Chief Minister.
