Jul 27 - CIPD To Hold "Science Of Human Behaviour" Seminar In Gibraltar
The local branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development will be hosting a breakfast seminar at the GFSB headquarters on Wednesday 17th August on the topic of the “Science of Human Behaviour”.
Open to everyone in the business community, guest speaker Gabrielle Gache will be looking at the connections between mindset and energy levels. She will relate this to the workplace and how we can create the best mindset for our staff to gain optimal effectiveness.
During her 90-minute experiential workshop, Gabrielle will help us consider all the various aspects that make us who we are including our decision making processes, our expectations, our past experiences, our beliefs around what’s possible and the environment.
She intends to demonstrate, using a BrainWave machine, the effects of flow and calm versus stress and anxiety on the way the brain responds. The science behind the theory will be demonstrated live!
The seminar aims to give an insight into how we are, who we are and better understand how we can influence with greater effect, those we work with.
