Jul 28 - "Gibraltar, Brexit and Cross-Border Relations" Seminar Concludes At The University Of Gibraltar
Today was the third and final day of the University of Cadiz led seminar “Gibraltar, Brexit and Cross-Border Relations – New Approaches and Prospects for Change” which concluded at the University of Gibraltar today.
The Conference was opened by the University of Gibraltar Vice-Chancellor Professor Daniella Tilbury this morning with more than 60 guests in attendance, including the Mayor of San Roque Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix who chaired a session on “Cross Border Collaborations".
Also in attendance to greet the San Roque Mayor was the Minister for Health, Environment and Climate Change Dr John Cortes.
This seminar is the 36th edition of the University of Cadiz summer school and has featured a number of speakers from Gibraltar and Spain alike, including the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo, former Chief Minister Sir Peter Caruana and Gibraltarian lawyers Keith Azopardi, Charles Gomez and Peter Montegriffo.
