Oct 20 - Local CIPD Branch To Host Event On Leading Teams
The next event hosted by the Gibraltar Branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development will be on "Leading Teams" and will take place in the Gibraltar Finance Centre Boardroom on Thursday 27th October from 12.00-1.30pm.
The practical workshop will begin to explore some of the concepts involved in leading a team to a desired goal. Through a short, experiential activity followed by a guided process of self-reflection, delegates will gain an understanding of some of the skills and attributes that make a good leader. Lunch will be provided for all attendees who will also have the opportunity to network with HR colleagues and other members of the business community.
The workshop will be facilitated by Jo Abergel, Founder of Rock Learning and CIPD branch Treasurer. The event is free to branch members with a nominal charge for non-members who are more than welcome to join in, subject to space availability.
