Mar 30 – Local CIPD Branch To Host Mock Employment Tribunal
The Gibraltar CIPD branch will next week hold a Mock Employment Tribunal to familiarise its members with the tribunal process. The event is being held in the light of recent changes to the legislation.
The event is due to take place on Thursday 6th April from 1.00-2.00pm in the offices of Triay Stagnetto Neish in Town Range. It will include a mock scenario, a directions hearing at the Employment Tribunal and the main hearing. In relation to this, there will be explanations of the roles of the persons at the Employment Tribunal, mock directions, mock cross examination/examination in chief, and opening/ closing statements. There will also be some time for questions and answers.
The presentation will last about 30 minutes after which lunch will be kindly provided by TSN. The event is free to branch members with a fee of £25 for non-members. Registration is limited and via Eventbrite. For further details please call 54020952.
