Jul 30 - Sustainability Conference Reception At City Hall
A reception was held last night at the City Hall hosted by the Deputy Mayor. The event was for the visiting international delegation that was in Gibraltar for the Sustainability conference.
Over two days of talks and discussions at the Caleta Hotel, the Expert Group covered the contribution higher education can make to the sustainable development of the Mediterranean, particularly in relation to addressing i) the pressures this environment from tourism, agriculture, trade and other economic activities and ii) the disparities in wealth, health and quality of life across the region.
