Sep 19 - Battle of Britain Fly Past
An RAF Hawk Flypast will be conducted tomorrow evening, to commemorate the Battle of Britain. Two Hawks will carry out a sortie, with the flay past taking place over RAF Gibraltar, in honour of those who lost their lives in the Battle of Britain campaign.
The Battle of Britain is the name given to the air campaign fought in the Summer and autumn 1940, during the Second World War.
