Jul 29 - More Success For Gibraltar In Los Angeles Games
The Special Olympics World Games continue in LA with the Gibraltar team generating their own energy, enthusiasm and really enjoying the spirit of the competition.
Recent winners include: Shane Martinez who won Bronze in Bocce singles and Patrick Slater, who achieved a very commendable fifth place.
In bowling doubles, both Samyr Anakkar and Jan Lopez achieved fifth place.
Sallyann Mauro achieved sixth place in the aquatics 50 metre freestyle competition.
