Jun 11 Royal Visit Traffic Restrictions

Gibraltar Royal VisitWith regards to today’s Royal visit, the following traffic measures and parking restrictions will be put in place:

Kings Lines- No parking from 0800hrs 11/6/12 to 2100hrs 12/6/12 Landport Ditch car park- No parking from 0800hrs to 1230hrs 11/6/12

Fish Market lane- No parking from 1400hrs to 2200hrs 11/6/12 and 1400 to 2200hrs 12/6/12

Line Wall road (adjacent to old post office) - No parking from 1400hrs to 2200 hrs 11/6/12 and 1400hrs to 2200hrs 12/6/12

Main Street outside The Convent - No parking from 1400hrs to 2200hrs 12/6/12

Taxi rank Casemates suspended between -1700hrs to 2100hrs 11/6/12 and 1600hrs to 2100hrs 12/6/12 (Temporary taxi rank will be situated by Market Place).

Kings Yard lane- No parking from 1600hrs to 2200hrs 12/6/12

 

In addition please note the following traffic restrictions [no parking]

From 1800hrs 11/6 – 1200hrs 12/6 – No Parking – Outside and within barrier enclosure of the Med Rowing Club and Calpe Rowing Club.

From 1800hrs 11/6 – 1300hrs 12/6 – No Parking – Approximate 20m on the southern side of Grand Parade Car Park by the entrance to the Botanical Gardens [ approx 3 rows of 12 parking spaces]

From 1800hrs 11/6 – 1300hrs 12/6 – No Parking – Exit to Grand Parade Car Park - opposite the old Queens Cinema

From 0800hrs 12/6 – 1600hrs 12/6 – No Parking – North East Upper Car Park Moorish Castle Estate [6 parking spaces].

From 0800hrs to 1300hrs 13/6/12- No Parking outside Laguna Social club, Sortie Road. (10 parking spaces north and south)

From 0800hrs to 1300hrs 13/6/12- No Parking in car park outside Notre Dame School.
