Type 23 Frigate HMS Montrose arrives in Gibraltar tomorrow following a seven-month operational deployment within the Mediterranean and Gulf regions.
In one of her most recent operational tasks HMS Montrose has been working alongside warships from Denmark and Norway to carry out escort and protection duties of two merchant vessels who are transporting chemicals from Syria for onward destruction, as part of Operation RECSYR.
Gibraltar’s biggest charity hair cut-a-thon will aim to collect sponsorship funds for the GBC open Day Fund.
