Jan 08 - RGP Officer Rape Trial Begins
The trial of Peter Lugnani, who is charged with five counts of rape, started this morning in the Supreme Court. Lugnani pleaded not guilty to all charges against him and will have the case heard by a jury before Puisne Judge Justice Barrington Black. The defendant is being represented by John Causer and Patrick Canessa, with Karl Tonna and Robert Fischel QC appearing for the Crown.

Jan 08 - Gibraltar FSC Signs Up To IOSCO MMoU On Information Exchange
Following the enactment by Government of the Financial Services (Information Gathering and Co-operation) Act 2013 in October last year the Financial Services Commission (FSC) has become a full signatory to the Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MMoU) of the International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).
