On the advice of the Judicial Service Commission and after consultation with the Minister for Justice, His Excellency the Governor has today sworn in the Right Honourable Sir Jonathan Parker (pictured below) and the Right Honourable Sir Maurice Kay (pictured left) as Justices of Appeal, in accordance with section 57(2)(a) of the Constitution.
The Chief Minister, Fabian Picardo, has told a group of 150 politicians, diplomats and businessmen that Gibraltar represents an unmissable economic opportunity for Spain and the Campo area.
