Jun 23 - Integral Yoga Centre Celebrated World Yoga Day
Taster sessions were available for those who interested in spirituality at this year’s World Yoga Day held at the Integral Yoga Centre on Wednesday.
More than £1,300 was raised on the day as more than 100 yogis and newcomers took part in different activities including ball yoga, deep relaxation or learning how to become more spiritually aware.
There were various stalls held outside the yoga centre in Town Range with various items on sale including cakes, food and handmade jewellery and Reiki, Numerology and Pranic Healing to try out.
The money raised on the day will go towards providing a chair lift on the exterior of the Yoga Centre so that people with mobility issues can gain access.
