Oct 20 – Mini Basketball Session For Breast Cancer Support Gibraltar
On Tuesday 16th October, Jason McMahon and Marcelo Zubiran organised a girls mini basketball session with a difference.
Parents and grandparents were asked to join their daughters in their session and to wear a pink item of clothing to raise awareness for Breast Cancer. Heidi and Miriam from Breast Cancer Support Gibraltar attended and took part in their session.
A spokesperson said: “On behalf of Breast Cancer Support Gibraltar we would like to thank Jason, Marcelo, Andrew, Romina, Arianne, David, Terence, Francesca and GABBA for making this possible. The amount raised was matched by GABBA and £360 was presented to Breast Cancer Support Gibraltar.”
