May 07 - Indecency and Indecent Assault Sentencing - Tosso
In the Supreme Court today Justice Barrington Black has sentenced Henry Peter TOSSO of Edinburgh Estate, aged 63 to a total of five years imprisonment.
Tosso pleaded guilty to three charges of indecent assault on a boy under the age of sixteen and three charges of indecency with a child under the age of fourteen.
The charges relate to a number of separate incidents in 1973, 1974 and between 2006 and 2008.
