Jul 12 Drugs Conviction - Mor
A twenty year old local man, Dwayne Mor of Barham House, Varyl Begg Estate was sentenced to three months imprisonment following his appearance at the Magistrates’ Court yesterday, Thursday 11th of July 2013.
Mor had pleaded guilty to two charges of possession of a controlled drug: 711 grams of Cannabis Resin and 9.2 grams of Herbal Cannabis. He had also pleaded guilty to a charge of possession with intent to supply of a controlled drug, 707 grams of Cannabis Resin.
Mor was sentenced to the three months imprisonment for the possession with intent to supply charge, receiving no separate penalty for the two possession charges.
Mor was arrested and charged as a result of a Drug Squad operation in October of 2012.
