Dec 11 - Jonathan Sacramento Launches First Art Exhibition

GBC News Editor Jonathan Sacramento launched his first art exhibition at the John Mackintosh Hall Gallery last night. 

The collection, which was opened by the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo, comprises a series of portraits of local personalities, including all six of Gibraltar’s Chief Ministers, all painted on acrylics and oils, some of them on plaster. 

The second hall features expressions of the human form painted against celestial themed backgrounds. All works have been painted on canvas. 

The exhibition follows two years of intensive study, perseverance and mentorship by artist Livia Ante. 

The works will be on display until Friday evening.
