Locals have placed wreaths, flowers, candles, cuddly toys and poems at the bottom of Boschetti’s Steps following the news of the tragic circumstances surrounding the death of a family of four.
The RGP has this afternoon confirmed that all four bodies discovered in a flat in Boschetti’s Steps yesterday had sustained wounds. The crime scene has been described by police as “difficult” and officers involved have already attended counselling.

A family of four were found dead in a flat in Boschetti’s Steps this morning by RGP Officers. The lifeless bodies of a 31-year-old British male, a 37-year-old Spanish female and two Spanish girls – one a four-year-old, the other a six-week old baby – were found at 11:35am after police broke down the door.
