Aug 15 - Picardo And Government Ministers Target Of Criminal Complaint In La Linea Courts – Granada Association Calls For Their Arrest
The Granada-based Club de la Constitución has filed a criminal complaint against the Chief Minister and the other members of his cabinet for an alleged environmental crime following last month’s creation of an artificial reef off the runway.
The complaint says that this crime is punishable by a prison term of between two and five years.
The Club de la Constitución, which is an association of lawyers and other professionals, requests that the La Linea courts order the arrest of the Gibraltar Government ministers.
