Apr 24 - First Successful Applicants Receive Calls For Allocation Of Hassan Centenary Terraces

Successful applicants for Hassan Centenary Terraces have today started to receive calls for the allocation of their homes in the affordable housing scheme.

The first priority for allocation is to tenants of Government rental homes, accordingly these are the applicants who are being contacted first. Already today, appointments have been scheduled until mid-May.

Once those applications are processed, applicants from the waiting list, the second priority in the allocation criteria, will be contacted to schedule their appointments.

Minister for Housing, Samantha Sacramento, said, “Today is a very happy day for many people who have received that all important call, likewise it will be for many others in the coming weeks and months as we go through the list of applicants. It is wonderful that we have commenced the next stage of this process and applicants will now select the flats that they wish to purchase and are one step closer to purchasing their new homes”.
