Mar 19 - Gibraltar Youth Service Day Trip To Sierra Nevada
Last Saturday 15th March a group of 15 young people from the Youth Centre, Dolphins, Plater and Laguna Youth Clubs spent a day excursion in Sierra Nevada in Granada.
For some of the participants this was the first contact with the snow. The group spent the day in “Prado Llano” where they got the chance to play with the snow and ride sledges. A good time was spent by all with some members keen to return in the future for a longer visit.
The Gibraltar Youth Service seeks to provide extra services to young people by offering new opportunities that will allow them to have new challenging and exciting experiences.
The Gibraltar Youth Service team are working hard preparing a programme of events that will explore other areas of interest and personal development opportunities.
