Apr 29 - DPC Approves World Trade Center Improvements
The DPC last Thursday approved a number of suggested improvements to the World Trade Center Gibraltar application, including an internal atrium from the ground floor to the seventh with a landscaped garden, ‘towers’ that provide an eye-line focus on the north and south elevations, increased glazing, and a ‘wave’ roofline.
Commenting on this great step forward for the applicants, spokesman Pete Burgess insisted that the team had worked extremely hard to design a building that Gibraltar can be proud of. He added, ‘We are now only weeks away from breaking ground and therefore still on course to be open for occupation by the end of 2015. This means that within two years Gibraltar businesses will have access to world-class super-premium offices with complete flexibility, lightning-quick connectivity and the very latest personal well-being systems.
‘Demand for reservations has been very strong, particularly from owner-occupiers,” concludes Burgess, “but opening discounts of up to 20% are still available on some units. We would encourage anyone who is potentially interested in a World Trade Center Gibraltar office to contact us as soon as possible.’
