An immaculately executed 21 Gun Salute was fired today by Headquarter Company (Thompson’s Battery) of the Royal Gibraltar Regiment to mark the anniversary of the Her Majesty The Queens’ Coronation in 1953.

The Inspecting Officer was Colonel John Powell OBE MSc, late of the Princess of Wales Royal Regiment, the Chief of Staff and Deputy Commander British Forces.
