Seven Officers from the Royal Gibraltar Police have completed training to become Casualty Bureau Managers. The course itself is designed to provide response planning to mass fatality incidents which could include natural disasters, accidents or intentional criminal acts to injure or kill, including terrorist incidents.
GibFibre has said that, apart from being told by third parties it has “no notice” of any complaint about it to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority by Gibtelecom concerning the Misleading and Comparative Advertising Act 2001 “or anything else.”
The results for the 2020 Gibraltar Sustainability Awards were announced at a ceremony broadcast by GBC TV on Wednesday 14th October. The Awards are informed by the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and celebrate local and regional best practice. Gibtelecom has today lodged a complaint with the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority against u-mee and GibFibre under the Misleading and Comparative Advertising Act 2001. Gibtelecom’s complaint relates to the form of advertising promoted by u-mee and GibFibre in respect of these companies’ bundled services to the public.
