Oct 26 - GFA Delegation's First Official Visit To FIFA

A Gibraltar FA delegation returns to Gibraltar today following a two-day official visit to the Home of FIFA for the first time since Gibraltar's admission into the world governing body.

The visit consisted of back to back meetings with FIFA's various Heads of Department, including the President Mr Gianni Infantino and General Secretary Fatma Samoura.

The visit closed with a ceremony at the FIFA Museum, where Gibraltar's membership was commemorated by the placing of the Gibraltar national team's shirt amongst the other 210 FIFA Members in its spectacular mosaic of National Shirts.

The GFA delegation was composed of the President, Michael Llamas, the General Secretary, Dennis Beiso, the Deputy General Secretary, Ivan Robba and the Finance Director, Charles Robba.
