Sep 17 - Special Olympics Gibraltar Wins Gold and Bronze at European Summer Games
At day 4 of the Special Olympics European Summer Games in Belgium, Nigel Baglietto won a gold medal for Special Olympics Gibraltar in the 200 metre sprint. A bronze medal was won by Virginia Wink in the 100 metre sprint. Gibraltar teammates Dorrian Zammitt & Aloha Finlayson also won bronze in the bocce doubles.
The games will continue until the 20th September.
