The Summer Sessions seek to re-introduce a smaller Gibraltar Music Festival style event which were last held prior to 2020. This event is in line with the Government’s well-established policy for events led tourism and will be run in conjunction with Visit Gibraltar (Gibraltar Tourist Board), the Ministry of Business and local organisers. The event aims to attract visitors to the Rock as well as entertain local audiences with a varied selection of great artists.
Ministers Santos and Arias-Vasquez are delighted to be collaborating on this event which will hopefully be the first of many. They are particularly excited to be supporting local musicians and giving them the opportunity to share the spotlight with well known international acts.
Minister Santos said, "The Gibraltar Music Festival Summer Sessions represent an exciting new chapter for live music on the Rock. By bringing together internationally renowned artists and talented local performers, we are creating an event that celebrates Gibraltar's vibrant cultural scene while supporting our events-led tourism strategy. I am delighted to be working alongside Minister Arias-Vasquez and our partners to deliver what we hope will be the first of many successful editions.”
Tickets will go on sale tomorrow, 24th June on buytickets.gi
Note: Tickets for each day with be on sale independently. Package tickets for the full three day of events will also be available.
