Aug 05 - 'SYNCHRONISED SWIMMERS' win Childline Treasure Hunt
05 August 2013
This year's Childline Gibraltar Annual Treasure Hunt was won by the French Synchronised Swimming Team, aka Natwest Bank, led by Karen Duncan. In second place were a very creditable Leeds Building Society with Savills Estate Agents in third place.
In the Treasure Hunt, each of the twelve teams had to rush around Gibraltar on foot, solving fiendish questions set by Colin McHard. The event started and finished at Le Bateau on Queensway Quay and hence the very French theme for this year's competition.
The event ended with a barbeque at Le Bateau and it raised almost £700 for Childline Gibraltar.
