Spanish National Charged With Burglary And Assault

A 42-year-old Spanish national appeared before the Magistrates’ Court on 10th August and was charged with one count of Burglary and one count of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm, to which he pleaded Not Guilty. 

The charges relate to an incident at a residential address on 9th August.

F.J.A.T was arrested at the scene and has been remanded in custody until his next court appearance on 18th August.
