In an effort to progress within the music industry, local singer and performer, 20 year old local, Corinne Cooper has entered online competition, ‘Voice in a Million’ that could see her win an all expenses paid trip to London to either perform at the Wembley Arena or record a single.

Currently Corinne places 3^rd in the competition, which gains votes through likes and shares via Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and Linked In. Her piece, a recent rendition of Pink Floyd’s ‘Great Gig in the Sky’ has garnered a remarkable following on the competition site, which contains 50 other admissions. Speaking to YGTV, Corinne insisted that following the performance, which was carried out during a recent Pink Floyd Tribute concert, she received a great deal of praise for her performance, so she chose it as her competition bid.
