Sep 22 - Women’s Association Announces Next “Drop In” Evenings
The Gibraltar Women’s Association (GWA) has announced the next dates for it regular 'drop in' evenings.
This is an opportunity for both members of the GWA and members of the community to come and meet with the committee and chat informally on issues that they may wish raised by the GWA or community projects they think that the GWA can be involved with.
The GWA says it also uses this opportunity to update its membership on current projects.
A spokesperson said: “We would like to open our doors wide for our membership and give a greater transparency to our projects and extend a listening ear and a welcome hand. In such, we hope to represent our membership to the fullest and give a greater sense of involvement to everyone of our valued members. It also gives members an excellent opportunity to meet with the elected committee in person in an informal setting.”
The next dates are as follows:
27th September
25th October
29th November
Open meetings take place at John Macintosh Hall at 6pm in the studio. The GWA can also be contacted by email on [email protected]
