For a number of years local football and futsal club, FC Hound Dogs, have held an annual fundraising drive the proceeds of which are traditionally split with a local charity. This year monies were raised through the hard work of club members, who sold raffle tickets at Eroski and Morrisons over a two-day period, and which culminated with a football marathon on the 23rd July.

Members and staff of Clubhouse Gibraltar are inviting members of the public to its "Come and Chat" on World Mental Health Day tomorrow 10th October at 24 Wellington Front from 11am - 4pm.
On Thursday 30th November, the Convent will once again host its Christmas Fair. This annual event is held in the historical setting of the Convent and raises money for locally registered charities.
