Oct 20 - Spanish Man Arrested For Concrete Block Theft

A Spanish man was arrested on suspicion of theft when he allegedly participated in the theft of a concrete block from Gibraltar's North West Artificial Reef System in June of 2014.
The 70-year-old resident from La Linea, Spain, was arrested yesterday by the Royal Gibraltar Police's Marine Section.
The man has been released on police bail pending further investigations until January of 2016.
