Mar 11 - Motorist Taken To Hospital After Car Overturns In Winston Churchill Avenue
A 55-year-old local man was taken to hospital with injuries after his car overturned near to the Gib Oil petrol station in Winston Churchill Avenue this afternoon.
It is believed the driver didn't suffer from serious injuries, and the accident is said to have occurred at around 1.30pm, and there are currently road closures in place.
The red Renault Laguna was overturned as it was heading southbound onto Glacis Road, and traffic is now being diverted to Bayside Road, while traffic heading north has been reopened.
A spokesman for the Royal Gibraltar Police said they will continue to carry out investigations although it appears that no other vehicles were involved.
