Seven Year Sentence for Child Sex Offences

A man has been sentenced to seven years in HM Prison Windmill Hill today after he was found guilty of 13 child sex offences by the Supreme Court.
Zakaria Laaraj, 35, who was born in Baghdad, has been on remand since he was found guilty of the offences last February 28th.
The offences took place between 2015 and 2020. He was found not guilty on seven charges.
The charges related to the sexual touching and kissing of two children.
