Stephanie Brabin and Jose Marquez Hurtado

Stephanie BRABIN, dob 8/5/73 of Raven House, Road to the Lines has today pleaded guilty in the Magistrates Court to 1 count of possession of a controlled drug: 65 grammes of Cannabis resin. She received a £600 fine. A guilty plea to possession of 25 grammes of herbal Cannabis received no separate penalty.

In the same case Jose MARQUEZ HURTADO dob 09/09/1973 of Raven House pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled drug: 25 grammes of herbal cannabis and 65 grammes of cannabis resin and two counts of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug: 25 grammes of herbal cannabis and 65 grammes of cannabis resin. His case was adjourned for sentencing until the 4th of March 2013.
