We’ve all heard of horse meat in burgers but what about a live horse in a burger joint? That’s exactly what happened in a Greater Manchester branch of McDonald’s when a woman turned up riding a horse up their drive-through lane.

When she was refused service, the woman brought the animal into the restaurant to the amazement of clients. Apparently, the horse ended up leaving manure on the floor of the eatery.

According to the BBC, the woman was fined for causing alarm and distress to customers.
