Sep 21 - FCO's New Director For Europe Visits Gibraltar

The recently appointed Director for Europe at Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London will arrive in Gibraltar today, on Monday 21st September.
Lindsay Croisdale-Appleby’s visit early in his tenure as Director will allow him to get firsthand experience of a wide range of Gibraltar-related issues, meet the Chief Minister, tour British Gibraltar Territorial Waters with the Royal Navy Gibraltar Squadron, meet the Leader of the Opposition, members of local groups and see the Rock for himself.
In his previous role Mr Croisdale-Appleby was British Ambassador to Colombia since January 2013. Mr Croisdale-Appleby succeeds Jill Morris as Director for Europe.
