Gibtelecom celebrated its annual charity golf event last month at La Reserva Club.

Gibtelecom celebrated its traditional annual charity golf event on 20th April 2026 at the prestigious La Reserva Club, bringing together local golf enthusiasts, customers, and business partners for a day of friendly competition, networking, and charitable giving. This year’s event supported Possabilities, a Gibraltar-based charity dedicated to enhancing the lives of children with disabilities and supporting their families through specialised care, resources, and community programmes.

The event once again highlighted the strong sense of community across Gibraltar’s business ecosystem, with participants enjoying a full day of golf in a relaxed and collaborative setting, followed by a charity raffle in support of this year’s cause which raised an amazing £1500.

The highlight of the day was an excellent team performance on the course, with players competing for the annual trophy in a spirit of camaraderie and sportsmanship. The tournament served not only as a competitive event but also as a reminder of the role that shared experiences play in strengthening long-standing partnerships. Congratulations to the winning pair of Barry Pillans and Colin Vaughan. 

Gibtelecom reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to supporting the local community and expressed its thanks to all participants and its partners Viadex and Pragmatic Play who contributed to the success of the event. Special thanks also go to those who generously donated prizes to the charity raffle, namely ProGolf Shop, Alcaidesa Golf, Estepona Golf, TSN, Marble Arc, GibOil, MyWines, Netwton Store, Sandpiper Gibraltar, Omni, Vinopolis, The Eliott's Hotel and Spirit of the Rock.
